See Festival 2012 is a weeklong celebration of international documentaries hosted in the seaside city of Brighton.

With six years of previous successful events, attracting celebrated filmmakers such as Louis Theroux, Nick Broomfield and Luke Holland, See Festival has deservedly marked its place in the annual film festival calendar. 2012 marks a bigger and better event than ever before as See Festival launches it’s first nine-day film festival, continuing to expand on its diverse selection of film Screenings, Seminars, Q&As and Master Classes.

This year’s HEADLINER events include Shaun Ryder In Conversation, BAFTA presented master classes of the award-winning Senna and TOWIE, and a Q&A screenings of Anyone Can Play Guitar followed by music with Ride’s Mark Gardener.

This year See Festival have put together a series of film screenings to cater for Brighton’s varied tastes, exploring contemporary global issues of REVOLUTION and CONFLICT, as well as a selection of evening screenings offering you the chance to discover HIDDEN WORLDS and kick back to the very best MUSIC DOCS.

Popular returning events include the OUTREACH and UNIVERSITY free program of screenings, and new to 2012, See Festival will be launching a special series of SHORT SHOWCASES.
